This place was very helpful and time efficient after I totalled my prvious vehicle on a Sunday. The following Wednesday I was walking away with a New to Me car! The wait was mainly for insurance purposes. We had a very limited budget but I seen a car in at a different location online 2 hours away. I called Greg and asked if he could bring the car to them. They had it there within 2 days. We went and looked and it. Without having this vehicle on their lot they didnt know of a couple minor issues that needed addressed. Sure enough they fixed both issues without a problem! Greg was very easy to work with. Communication and efficiency is one of his best qualities!

We had various options of nice, well, maintained and properly prepared vehicles. Greg Hall was the "perfect" salesman - not in anyway pushy, but very, helpful in every way. We are satisfied customers!

Josh was so great to deal with. We were buying a car from 4 hours away and Josh made the whole process so easy. He sent all the paperwork we needed to get pre-approved so when we got there all we needed to do was take s test drive and sign some papers for about 15 minutes. Then we were on our way. If you like a simple no pressure situation when buying a car, I highly recommend Josh and Best ideal Auto!
