I had an outstanding experience with Best Deals Auto Sales in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I’ve never purchased a car over the internet—let alone sight unseen—so I went into this process with some hesitation.Austyn, the sales manager, was exceptional from start to finish. He was patient, transparent, and accommodating throughout the entire process. He even allowed a local friend of mine to inspect the vehicle on my behalf before I moved forward, which gave me a great deal of confidence.The paperwork was quick and seamless, and Austyn handled all of the logistics, including organizing delivery. He also followed up afterward to make sure everything went smoothly and that the car met expectations—something you don’t always see.The vehicle arrived in excellent condition—clean inside and out—and exceeded expectations. It’s going to be an incredible surprise for my daughter’s 20th birthday.Highly recommend Austyn and the team at Best Deals Auto Sales. A truly professional and trustworthy experience.
